Hi Guidng Bolt, I have a better idea, I think by removing the zipper theeth I'll ruin my own garment or a customer treasure, don't you think so girl? I know, it would take just 10 minutes more of your life, why don't you just simply unstitch where the zipper starts so you have both ends to handle and put back and insert the zipper slider through then just sew by hand or sweing machine. That's it.

Pls respond to my comment! I cannot figure one step out. After u cut it u thread the zipper back together? How do u do that? Ur hands were converting it so I couldn’t see and I’m really confused.

I was thinking that you could attach that window panel that's provided with the AC to your screen mesh insert perhaps with duct tape and then saran wrap the rest of the mosquito netting. You might have to use tape to secure the mesh screen a bit better as it would be supporting the weight of the hoses but that could be a cheap solution that could be undone. Of course finding a replacement or repairing the mosquito mesh if you screw up might be difficult but is something that DIY'ers do.

Awesome, worked like a charm! I had a suitcase expansion zipper. I had to use a curved needle with dental floss, to make it strong.

What if the zipper is torn in the middle of the bag? Can it be fixed or I need a whole new luggage
